1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rev.chat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rev.chat is an AI-powered chat platform designed for automotive dealerships. The Service provides persistent chat functionality, inventory-aware recommendations, action menu capabilities, and related features to assist dealerships in engaging with website visitors and converting leads.
3. Free Trial Period
Rev.chat offers a 7-day free trial period ("Trial Period") for new users. During the Trial Period:
- You will have full access to the Service features included in your selected plan
- Your payment method will be collected but will not be charged during the Trial Period
- At the end of the Trial Period, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
- You may cancel your subscription at any time during the Trial Period to avoid charges
4. Subscription and Payment
After the Trial Period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan as described on our pricing page. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
By providing a payment method, you authorize Rev.chat to charge your payment method for all fees due under your subscription. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and notifying us of any changes to your payment method.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rev.chat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
